Unit #1, Hialeah, FL 33014 Portrait Photography 1 is a course designed for photographers who want to develop a stronger understanding of light, work more confidently with subjects, and create more intentional portraits. Through demonstrations, guided practice, image analysis, and hands-on assignments, participants explore the technical, creative, and historical foundations of portraiture. What you'll learn in the workshop: - Understand the fundamentals of portrait photography, including composition, lighting, optics, and visual communication. - Explore the evolution of portraiture and its influence on contemporary photographic practice. - Develop confidence working with subjects and directing portrait sessions. - Practice natural and studio lighting techniques through guided exercises. - Strengthen your ability to create portraits that communicate mood, character, and story.
